Vodafone India — data card bill regarding | |||
I am having datacard no.[protected], since june 2017 i am not using the device, but an accumulated bill of 6051/- send by vodafone jaipur -Jai Bhawani- and continue follow up for the due bill, As per the attached communication through e- mail, I have make a payment of 3500/- and they assured to deactivate the no. but Today I have receive a call from same agency and ask for the same payment, finally the agreed for 1500/- for settlement ogf my bill and the bill is not for usage charges that is for VAS service activated for a dead no. And they are refusing for giving me revised bill of settlement amount I want to take leagal action against the agency in Jaipur-- Please Advise Zachariah M Mathai Jalandhar-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
