Vodafone India — Data not carry forward | |||
I have 1.3 gb data balance and i recharge with 28 rs. On 25.03.2017 at 00:52 hrs. (75 mb for 28 days) plan before due date but my balance data lost. (Not carry forward). I also talk with costmer care of vodafone about this issue and as per him you gate balance but finely i can not gate it. Also my phone costmer care service stop by vodafone. On 17th april I had about 520 mb data in my account. Before the expiry of the plan I did a recharge of Rs 27 which is 75 MB.But my previous data balance was not carried forward. After the recharge my data balance showed only 75mb left. 520Mb data was gone after the recharge. Please help me as I have not got proper response from the customer care.
