Vodafone India — deactivate dnd by customer care executive without my permission | |||
I called vodafone care 198/199 on 13th january 2018 at 9:00pm. First two times i could connect to the executive. But then error came on this no. & i couldn't connect to the executive. Then on next day morning i called to their executive on [protected] from my other number & i connected to executive. I requested to raise complain on the issue. But he had deactivate dnd on my vodafone number [protected] without my permission & argued that only now i can connect to executive on 198/199 numbers. I told him there is no connection between dnd & unable to connect to customer care executive. But he rudely ignore my concern. & missused the power by which he deactivated dnd service on my vodafone number [protected] without even asking me. He didn't solve my issue. He refused to take my complaint. He didn't have any kind of manner on how to talk to customer. He showed his name arjun. Vodafone should learn their customer care executives on how to talk with customers... Punish him. Solve my customer care connectivity issue on [protected]. Also activate dnd as before on this number.
