[Resolved]  Vodafone India — deactivation of caller tune

I am prepaid individual customer my number [protected]
I have mailed sms more than 10 times for deactivation of caller tune.
Every time answers were 24 hrs time it will be stopped. Sms of 30 minutes time it will be deactivated.
But no results and every month i am charged.
Today also i got below sms from vodafone.

I sms stop. Answer was deactivation is not allowed for corporate subscribers.

Hello sir i am nitin khokhani an individual customer profile on vodafone since june 2017. And i have never get caller time.
