Vodafone India — Deactivation request[protected] | |||||
I had logged a deactivation request of Vodafone data card - [protected]. Deactivation Request # is[protected] and was logged on 13th/14th May. I was told that it would deactivated within a week, though i fail to understand why it should take a week to disconnect. On 21st May i called up to inquire on deactivation request i was told it would done on 22nd May. Today its 28th May and the connection is still active. Am already pissed off with their services and this is just so frustating. What's the recourse. How can i avoid paying the charges after i've raised the deactivation request ?
