Vodafone India — deduction of balance unknowingly without any notifications and not any details

My balance is deducted every day almost unknowingly,
but the customer care have no answer for this thing they say its for this for that, , ,
just no reason they have, i have ported my number to vodafone, please voda refund that money or justify the deductions, i suggest that voda is the worst company, ,
