Vodafone India — deduction of main balance in the name of activation of service not demanded

I am using vodafone service since one year and tthe common problem hav efaced in this network is they deduct the balance in name of activation of service without asking about the service. But i was tolerating and using the no. Later, on 23rd july 2017 around 01 pm i got a message"hello! Bollywood partypix pack is now active on your number as requested. This service is... And rental of rs. 45 has been deducted. Your..."etc. This message came to me however i have not requested about any service.
Again on 25th july 2017 around 7 pm one more message came "hello! Dindo club weely pack is now active on your number as requested. This service is... And a 7 days rental of rs 35 has been deducted. Your..."etc message came. So within 03 days my 80 rs. Was deducted from main balance.
Again on 27th july 2017 one more message on 11:55 am that : hello dotbot pack is now active on your number as requested. This service... And a 15 days rental of rs. 75 has been deducted...".
When i approached to the vodafone centre the representative their respond that she cannot refund my money back since the activation of service is crossed limit of 24 hours. She was claiming that i have requested for the service and that is why the services has been activatetd on my number however no such request was processed by me. I didn't like the response of the representative blaiming me for the deduction of amount. She only processed for the service which was activated on 27 th july.
I am not complaining about the money deduction i am writing this complaint for the vodafone services which they are forcing on customer without their willingness.
