Vodafone India — deduction of money for vas service without customer consent

Vodafone india deducted 6 rupees per day for value added service. When tried deactivating through ivr it didn't work. Customer care says that it doesn't work for android phones. When i asked when the vas was activated, they say that is activated through wap application. We haven't activated it and when i asked why was such message or call comes to customers asking to subscribe to service, there wasn't no propper answer. Many people doesn't know such message or call and press some number which result in money getting deducted without they using it. By default such message or call to subscribe to service to be disabled by default and customer can ask for it when needed.
