Vodafone India — deny to port my number in another network | |||
Dear sir, I am not able to recharge my number every month irrelevantly. My account have a enough balance but according to company rules you have to recharge your number without any need. I'm not satisfied with this mandatory rules... Hence, i thought to move to jio... Then i have started to send sms to 1900 for porting... But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing and if i asking about the probably to custmer care executive they also not interested to solve my problem. 1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred... 2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result... 3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result... Moreover the custmoer care representatives not solve my problem for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...
