[Resolved] Vodafone India — disconnection of outgoing calls, even though having balance in my vodafone number | |||
Hi, from yesterday my outgoing call facility is barred, the ivrs voice message is tell to recharge immediately, in spite of having balance of rs.70 in my account. Contacted customer care he is tell to recharge has to be done monthly or outgoing will be barred. Probed him their is any rule from trai, he told yes trai as passed a rule, informed him to take compliant regarding this but he denied and informed me to compliant directly to trai. Is this right way to disconnect one's outgoing facility? What is trai's condition / laws says? Please help me out to get this information. It is a new harresment for customers in spite having balance, their unable to call. Was this information helpful? | |||
