Vodafone India — disgraceful customer handling regarding number reactivation | |
Regarding my number [protected] (Original circle mumbai), no circle in india is able to help me out and all they are doing is playing the blame game. My number is currently deactivated as i am not in country for some time now. Last my number was active in bangalore (Karnataka) - ported in september 2017. Before this the number was in up east circle (Lucknow) ported in april 2016. Before which the number was in mumbai circle for almost 10 years. All this while my number was used properly and bills paid on time. When converted to prepaid, same was working in bangalore till last year. Now karnataka says they can't find it, mumbai say they cannot change it. Lucknow say they don't have any information. I am spell bound as to the inefficiency of the company to activate 1 number! This is causing me a lot of problems. I am unable to do any bank transactions, because no where to send otp. Not able to pay off my insurance emi for months. I just have no words for this irresponsible way of vodafone to handle the situation Was this information helpful? | |
