Greetings The complaint is about excess bill printed for [protected]. I am have been requesting to share the accurate details of data usage in the bill april'19 for which you have printed bill [protected] for 17707/- and if you check past history of my bill i am using this number for many years and been paying bill before due date without outstanding or any delays. But i m unhappy the way you have disconnected outgoing calls in my number on 30th april without any prior informing which has caused tremendous inconvenience to me Sorry to say but i am unhappy the way your customer care executive keep calling continuously during office hours and putting pressure on me to pay bills also one of your customer care executive spoken to me in rude manner. I wanted my non utilised bill amt to be waiveoff and give actual utilised bill outstanding to pay it Recently i paid 1200/- bill amount.
