Vodafone India — excess bill | |||
My vodafone network has been discontinued from vodafone since past 1 month because of which i am facing several problems and still they are charging me bill for that period. This is nice way to earn revenue wherein, the number is not made available for use and still rental can be charged. The company wants me to pay for that period when i am unable to use telecom services and also for the trouble i have been facing because of discontinuation since past 1 month. I have query pending with vodafone till date which has not been resolved in spite of several reminders over mail and continuous description over the call again and again to vodafone executives. I had ported my reliance nos. To vodafone through one of the authorized dealer of vodafone who claimed to avail me monthly rental of just rs 99/- + gst on my both numbers. Not using the number much so just wanted to keep the number active since it is registered under various facilities i agreed to him and gave my documents to continue numbers with vodafone. On porting i received the message of red plan for which i reported the dealer and he told me that the bill will be generated according to rental of rs 99/- only. I trusted him and didn’t have any confusion but 1st bill was rs 237.52 & 174.78 respectively on both nos. I asked the dealer regarding excess bill but he told that there was some mistake at back end process and rental of 99/- was not activated so 1st bill was in excess. I made payment for both nos. After few days on visiting vodafone gallery i just got my plans checked and came to know that still red plan was active on both nos. And immediately i asked them to change it to 99/- rental plan. My 2nd bill was rs 349.97 & 283.48 respectively on both nos. The dealer had already stopped putting stall where he was before. On enquiring from that area i came to know that he had fled away since several people use to come complaining him about his plans. I tried contacting him but he isn’t receiving any calls nor is he replying on whatsapp or through messages. I was misguided by vodafone’s dealer and i had been charged that much which was not even utilized and so i had raised this query with vodafone. Unfortunately vodafone company was not able to understand this matter. I received several calls from vodafone claiming that they will solve my query but they didn’t. I think i made a big mistake coming to vodafone. I am facing several problems since i am unable to utilize one of my no. I want to make payment but not for unjustified amount. If vodafone doesn’t solve this than i won’t be paying this bill. I am sharing dealer details. My details Name - arpit kakkad contact no. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 13, 2018 kalpu tailor's response This matter pending from Oct'2017 still not shortout from Vodafone.Please Check and Refund my amount thru Cheque only. | |||
