[Resolved] Vodafone India — excess billing. [protected] | |||
I requested for change of plan on15- 16th March. The girl at counter in Rajarampuri, Kolhapur changed it & i received SMS on 17th. However seeing the bill now it looks like that, she changed only calls & roaming plan and didn't change my data plan. So for next 5 days i have been charged at 4 paisa per 10 kb. i.e. rs 4, 000 per GB. In 5 days u charged me almost Rs 1000 for no fault of mine. Its mistake by your sales girl.
