[Resolved] Vodafone India — excess billing [protected] | |||
I am your customer having mobile number[protected]. Today checked the bill and shocked to see that my plan changed upwardly without my consent. This is not acceptable to me. Please reverse the excess charges as I am not ready to pay the revised charges and the bill raised by you till rectification done which please note. Also no late payment penalty if correction done at later stage. If you are unable to do rectification then please deactivate this number as I don't want to avail Vodafone services any more who in my view are big cheater to revise charges upwardly without customer approval.
