[Resolved] Vodafone India — excess billing by vodafone | |
Vodafone has disconnected service to my phone due to high sms to the tune of 6600 without giving details and expecting the client to pay through his nose just to fill up their coffers at the cost of common man. I barely send any sms. Their people on 15th march admitted to some technical issues and activated my phone. Today, 17th march they have raised my sms charges from 5600 on 15th march to 6600 today. No one in this world can send 1000 sms in 2 days time. This is their way of scamming the customer as phone is an essential item. They are taking advantage to hoard money to use for their selfish purposes. I urge my original amount of 400 to be issued as i cannot pay 7000 bill. My phone should be activated and 15000 to be paid by vodafone to me for mental harassment and torture. Was this information helpful? | |
