[Resolved] Vodafone India — false promise by vodafone customer care representative | |||||
I had an international trip to Srilanka for which i wanted a Roaming pack. Vodafone had a roaming pack but for 7 days whereas my trip was for 8 days. By error i activated the pack via Vodafone app. I called the customer care spoke to Raunak who said that since i need the pack day after and not today he will cancel the pack from his end and since there is no usage and mobile number is still in India charges will get reversed. Hence as per the solution given by Raunak a vodafone representative i agreed to his solution and let him cancel the pack as he said charges will get reversed. He even said that i can activate the new pack only after 4 hours once i hang up the call. I am willing to pay for the pack i used not for the duplicate charge. Since 8th Dec 2018 my outgoing services is blocked. Was this information helpful? | |||||
