Vodafone India — False promises, I am not using service but still getting bill | |||
I have VODAFONE 3G connection [protected] but since last few months I am not using it, I have been told to pay full amount i.e rs. 1900 for final settlement, I did but I am still getting bill although I am not using the service. I also got threatening calls from Vodafone, and the person (on this [protected]) who was earlier requesting me to pay the bill and promised that my connection will be discontinued after this is now behaving very roughly. Is this kind of customer service Vodafone is providing? Was this information helpful? | |||
