[Resolved] Vodafone India — fraudulent charges | |
Respected sir, Vodafone has fraudulently activated higher amount plan on my vodafone aim since 29th oct 2018 without my consent. Even after taking down request by customer care to verse the charges and activate the original plan, vodafone didn't change the plan and since then sending me huge bills even though i don't have any such usages. My vodafone number: [protected] My original plan was for rs. 99 per month rental. Wrong plan activated is rs. 299 per month I am seeking your help to stop this customer exploitation by vodafone.
