Vodafone India — Fraudulent issue | |||||
As per the text written to vodafone but not being resolved despite so many complaints and visits to vodafone stores. - (Dear concern, please be informed that i have bought a new connection no.[protected] from your store go mobile, nehru place delhi. The recharge was done for rs. 449 and the plan is 1 gb data and unlimited calling for 70 days. But the data service has been stopped and another message for recharge has been sent to continue the service where as the said connection has been purchased few days back only. I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible other wise i will soon be approaching to the consumer forum/consumer cell because my complaint is not being resolved despite my complaint to customer care and vodafone store.)
