[Resolved] Vodafone India — grievance of mobile claim | |||
Hi, I got my mobile damaged while attending a call in office on 29th april 2019. Since the mobile is covered under insurance provided by red shield through “new india assurance company”, i raised a claim under claim no. [protected] on 29th april 2019. Due to some personal reasons i was out of town and not assessable to documents required for claim, my 1st claim was not processed. After speaking to customer care, i was instructed to raise new claim (Claim no. [protected]) which is done on[protected]. After raising the claim, all the documents required for claim is submitted with the clarification to [protected]@dsspro.in. Now the second claim is rejected by “new india assurance company” due to non-submission of repairs bill of 1st claim. I hereby want to clarify that there is no repairs done in 1st claim, 2nd claim is done to reimburse 1st claim only. Hope you may reopen my 1st claim or process the 2nd claim.
