Vodafone India — harassed and wrong communications from vodafone representatives
Very pathetic service, wrong communications by vodafone. My one n half day has been wasted by vodafone i moved from airtel few days before and at the time of verification one guy came and took my photo and adhar cards nad asked me about my salary and my post i hold in my company and annual income as i owe vodafone something and later i contacted vodafone and i was being asked to visit voda store did the same. Now i am being asked to for pre paid and later again i was briefed by neha that outbond people of voda mis communicate and asked me again. To visit store and assured me that my post paid connection will remain as it is and again they guided me wrong i again called voda and team lead atul mis beheaved and asked me we have given wrong communications and we can't help you neither we can assist you further. Is it my fault that after 8 years i moved to. A brand and they harrassed me
