Vodafone India — Harassment against bill | |||
Dear team, I am facing one problem from last more than 45 days, as one of your executive promised me for waver for rs1231 and from last more than one month they have not given as they have promised. When i asked them about waver mail than they said sir we are unable to send the mail due to server issue. But is this issue still going on in this huge company called vodafone, the same issue has happned with me 3 years back also thats the reason i asked them about waver mail. Which they have not sent till date. And they have barred my no as well due to that waver amount which is a fault of your team not mine. And due to intrupted service i have faced many problems in last one month. Request you to please restore my services asap. And resolve my problem on urgent basis. This kind of behaviour shows how much unprofessionals are working in brand like vodafone. If you required i can provide you the name and no of that person who have promised me that waver.
