Vodafone India — huge bill after international roaming was reported as not working | |||
I have a post paid number. I contacted vodafone kolkata to get international roaming activated on my sim card on may 25th 2019 just before leaving the country. Vodafone people said that i would be charged only the amount for the monthy plan (A minimum amount) and i would not be charged extra. I left the country and went to myanmar only to find that my international roaming was not working. I reported this to vodafone customer many times, troubleshooting exactly how they told me to. The problem persisted. I wrote to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and others highlighting my problem but they kept writing back to me with the same set of troubleshooting. Then on the 21st of june 2019 i was sent a bill of rs. 37202.61. I haven't been able to get any messages or use my phone internationally but i receive a huge bill even when the kolkata vodafone store employees assured me that i would not "under any circumstance" get an inflated bill. I am 64 years old. I am terribly harassed and very much upset with this kind of service. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

Its been 1year am experiencing this irritating mood towards vodafone for its terrible network. vodafone says its providing supernet & i feel that its a super fooling net for consumers.am porting out of it & will opt for airtel or Jio Will share my experience with top review sites about vodafone.
