Vodafone India — Illogical staff

I have port my 4 year old no [protected] from reliance to Vodafone that time they have told that no charges will apply but when I switch then he says to pay 250 RS deposit this is really a cheat. And your customer care services is really worst. They have not started my services and demanding for money .
Is really really really really worst services given by the Vodafone and really I will never suggest some one to connect with this company specially.
