[Resolved] Vodafone India — I'm complaining about my february 2019 bill | |||
My vodafone postpaid bill for the connection +91-[protected] for the month of february 2019 has some ambiguous amount of 107.00 charged for some vas downloads over 7-8 random days of the month. When i contacted the customer complaint help-desk the executive was unable to justify my queries and even denied transferring the call to senior executive. He was not at all co-operative. Even the downloads were charged when the mobile data was offline on the number. Need help to get this corrected. Being the part of the vodafone for over 2 years. Was this information helpful? | |||
