Vodafone India — im complaining about my vodafone number | |
I have a vodafone number [protected] which had a bill pending to pay because the payment was not made my other two vodafone numbers were also disconnected from the services. Yesterday i made a online payment of the number full bill was paid. They promise to start the services within 30mins after the payment my all 3 number will be start they said. I made a paid on 27/11/2018 10:00 pm after that when ever i call they say 2hrs more. Now it’s more than 12-15 hr my all the 3 numbers are inactive. They are fooling the people just hogging the money. Even after making payment they are not starting the numbers. Today when i called again they are saying 2 hr the payment is now updated in the record (28/11/2018 8:30 am) i want all my numbers to be started asap. Or i will take it to a higer authorities. i am not satisfy with your Internet Network
Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to Airtel...then i have started
to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing.
