Vodafone India — inappropriate behavior and wrong information to consumers

My phone was stolen in the month of january and i goes to the vodafone store k - 62, chachi building, krishna nagar, delhi - 110051. I talk to bintey and tell her that i need a new sim ([protected]), she told me that i need to move to postpaid from prepaid if i need the new sim, i told her that if there is anywhere return please show me and she denied saying that it is the company policy. My number was 10 years old i it was distributed everywhere so i need to take that decision and i moved to postpaid. After 3 months i again went to the store to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid, this time i met anjali and she told me that i need to do the frc if i need to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid which is for 495, i told her that i will not do that i can only do the 399 recharge which is open for all the vodafone consumers but she refuses that an told me that this offer is not available on my number. My question is how this is possible, it is available for all the vodafone consumers and the same thing is told by there customer care executive that it is not mandatory to do the frc. I told the same thing to anjali that your customer care executive saying the different thing and you are saying the different thing then she told me that it the the company process and you need to follow this i told her that give this thing me in written along with your name and employee id but she refuses and told me that i cannot give it to you. If this is an company policy it should be written somewhere. I talked to her manager dinesh and akshay and the same thing told by her manager and the way dinesh and anjali talk to me is very disappointed for me. I wasn't feel that i am talking to an employee of an india's top telecom company vodafone. They refuses for any kind of help to me.

Also when my number is postpaid before all this happened i done a recharge of amount 200 and that too was not refunded to me which is told by the bintey that it will adjusted in your first bill.

I am very disappointed from the behavior from the vodafone employees anjali and dinesh (So called manager). I guess their tag line "we are happy to help you" is just a mimic. The way they handled there customers is very inappropriate and disappointed.

I hope that you will take strict action against them.
