Vodafone India — incoming inactive

I had done postpaid to prepaid on 2 nos [protected] and [protected] on 2nd march 2019 from 3rd march 2019 they have barred my incoming... I am facing lot of issue as i am working in bank and not getting any calls afrom any nos.. This is pathetic service i have seen and i visited the vodafone hirabaug outlet not a proper response and i called in call center 199/198 no response
