Vodafone India — Incorrect deposit collected and not refunding after multiple requests | |||
Vodafone collected incorrect deposit and is not refunding atall after many many requests and complaints. I am simply tired and suddently one of the executive initiated a disaconnection request without my concern. My no. is [protected]. I always was paying access amount in my vodafone accout and for some reason they converted a part of payment into deposit in 2015 I never requested and it is NOT the requirement fro CUG Corporate customer. I had requested for this amount to be adjusted against my monthly bill but they are simply not doing this after multiple requests. I had looped in many email IDs but now vodafone simply igoring my requests. Was this information helpful? | |||
