[Resolved] Vodafone India — incorrect recharge benefits due to plan change | |||
I have recharged my mobile with rs. 299 package on dec 3rd as vodafone app showed the validity is 70 days.. Post recharge it shows validity is 28 days and the customer service rep says the plan benefits changed the previous midnight.. Which doest make any sense. If they have changed the plan their app shouldnt reflect the validity of 70 days and its nt a customers mistake if they havent updated their website... I have asked them to either extend my validity by taking the extra amount for the validity of 70 days or refund my amount back so that i can buy a different package for 70 days validity as paying 300 rps for 28 days is very high... They say they cant do anything though i sent multiple emails with screenshots to prove their app showed incorrect details The customer service ppl were least helpful and one of the sup that i spoke to was rude and also disconnected my call while talking which is very unprofessional. They say their back end team will call me.. It has been 5 days but no one bothered to resolve this... Was this information helpful? | |||
