Vodafone India — indoor network issue | |||||
Its already been more than 7 months i am facing indoor network issue with vodafone network. I raised this issue to customer care, nodal office, appellate and social media as well. I am getting so many calls every day, and they extend the sla to resolve it. Network team refused to visit my location for network quality check. I also raised this issue to sunil sood. I am Lingaraj, staying in Bangalore singayyanaplya (near Mahadevapura police station).
I have network problem, in my residence.(indoor network issue) Means i am not getting the call because of low signal,
and in another situation I am not able to use the internet because of low signal
I have registered first complaint on 15/09/18 After that several times
I made complaint like this. The response given back are different, but my actual problem is still persist.
So this is the final letter/ attempt to continue with the connection.
Please escalate and do the necessary steps to solve my problem as early as possible.
