Vodafone India — internet service not available which is being paid for | |||
In my home @Kanchrapara (PIN 743145) and the place where I live in Kolkata (@Kestopur PIN 700101) the vodafone internet data coverage is very poor. I always get no or only 2G data signal which essentially good for nothing. I effect, I have been paying for a service which I am not consuming at all by post-paid bill payment. I have logged a complaint (reference number[protected] for this and Vodafone team has done they could do, ETA was 11th June 2018. Their bit to resolve it did not help it at all. I have accumulated about 89 GB Data in my plan (please refer to the screenshot attached) which I can not even consume. I would like to have compensation for the paid services which I was not served with. or I am thinking about porting the number to different service provider. Any alternative to enable me to consume the and retain the data quota will be considered favorably. Was this information helpful? | |||

I can hardly use internet services facebook whatsapp etc you give me straight and final answer that are you capable to make it right or not because there is a tower of vodafone in my company and 26 collegues as well all they will change thier service provider becoause of me... So kinly answer me soon or resolve my problem because i have recharged so i have to bear it till recharge end i have to recharge only 100 rs o[censored]nlimited call because i am continiously only for calling not for internet. i AM SUFFERING THIS SERVICE JUST BECAUSE OF 200 RS BALANCE IN MY SIM AND 509 RS RECHARGE WHICH I HAVE DONE OTHERWIISE WHO IS GOING TO WISH THIS REDICULIOUS SERVICE AFTER 40-45 DAYS WITHOUT SOLVING ISSUE.
