[Resolved] Vodafone India — invalid balance deduction | |||
Hi Team, The complaint is for below service: [protected] I think around 60 Rs of my prepaid balance is deducted on 25th February. Customer care executive told me that balance is deducted through flash message. Some rubbish service is activated. But I am sure that I haven't got any such flash message because I have DND service activated on my number. I hope you can understand this is incorrect deduction. So please help me to credit this amount back into my prepaid account. Hopping for the acceptable reply. Mar 8, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I called them multiple time but when they did not agree to revert that incorrect charges, I sent an email on [email protected].
I got a call from them but still, they did not agree to give my money back. Finally, I decided to do portability and informed them that if I will not get my money back then you will be losing a genuine customer just for RS. 60. Finally, they gave that money back to my prepaid account.
By the way, Thanks to Consumer Complaint Forum to start this great service. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
