[Resolved] Vodafone India — invalid deductions | |
My prepaid balance has been deducted by 85 rupees and then 50 rupees for some vodafone tv plan which i never heard of. Totally wrong. I never even heard of any such plan, let alone subscribe for it. I have emailed customer care, but there is no response. I googled and found so many similar complaints from others also. Vodafone is looting my money. I want my money back. Apr 23, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Email response vame from customer care and a rep called me to refund this! All done now. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

Had ported my postpaid number to vodafone postpaid. Verified myself twice as they stated they were not able to verify my address.
No they got a new alibi that some conditions are not met for providing such postpaid connection.
After making many calls and mails they haven't corrected and have negated my connection.
