Vodafone India — irrelevant balance deduction | |||
Name: Aditya Singh Mobile no.: [protected] Service provider: vodafone Dear sir/madam, I've been facing this problem since a long time. They are deducting my balance without proper reason. I faced this problem in two sim cards. This problem is continuing so many times. And they are not connecting my call to customer service representative. Balance deduction was ₹49/-, again ₹10/- and ₹10/-..Refunded 2 times but not 3rd time. Please view it seriously and i want immediate response for this mail and even through this mail i'm asking you to refund my whole money. And see that it should not continue... And for your knowledge i waited for more than 24 hours for the refund but didn't get any refund and they are saying that we can't refund after 24 hours. I have unlimited plan still deuctions happens it feels like fraud ... Refund is necessary... And take strict action towards companies policies Thank you... Was this information helpful? | |||
