Vodafone India — issues in converting postpaid to prepaid

I am a vodafone postpaid customer with number [protected]. I am really disappoint with the vodafone services. My sim was ported from prepaid aircel to postpaid vodafone on first week of April, that time employee of vodafone store, green park branch told me that i can convert this postpaid to prepaid after 90 days. After 90 days, I went 3 to 4 times and wait for 1 to 2 hour each day in that store. Finally, their employee after talking with store manager replied me that It is not possible to convert before 120 days. I know there is no such type of boundation of 120 days with conversion from postpaid to prepaid. And I paid vodafone postpaid bill 2 times, first payment of Rs 154 and second payment of Rs 160 due to their employee fault and they are not refunding my excess amount. Now my outstanding amount of my postpaid connection is -195.96. here negative means I paid in excess They are doing completely cheating with the customers .
Please help me.
