Vodafone India — juice pack is activated without consent | |
Sir / madam, My vodafone no. Is [protected]. Suddenly this morning i recieved a message that some 'juicepack' has been activated on my number as per my request and deducted rs. 75 for 15 days from my account. I didn't make any request for activating any plan on my number. Also while i'm trying to deactivate the service by sending sms or making calls, it can't be done. I don't want any extra service from you. Please deactivate the service and give me my account balance back. Was this information helpful? | |
