Vodafone India — misbehaviour and misguidence of jalpaiguri vodafone store | |||
Sir, this is to inform you that I have been using 2 Vodafone sim, bearing phone no-[protected] & [protected] since 2014 in Kolkata and before 3 months from now I visited Jalpaiguri Vodafone Store to migrate my postpaid into prepaid and at that time an assistant named Soumik told me that as its a sim of Kolkata and they can’t convert it and it needs to be transferred from Kolkata to north Bengal circle and after using three months I can. So I did as per their instruction and after completing 3 months today that is on 22 th November I visited Vodafone store with a token no-223. Mr Tapash assisted me and I told him my issue and he told me that I have to use another 3 months to convert. So I told him to show written rules and he got fired and misbehaved with me and told me with big shout that he can’t do it and I can go anywhere to complain about him. Now what to do?
