Vodafone India — misguided from your customer care

Dear Sir,

Yesterday, I have done rechage Rs. 149 in my Vodafone prepaid no. [protected]. As per ur offers one month free internet and calling, offer provided by ur customer care and system also but after recharged I got 129 rs approx, then I have called in ur customer care for this matter, ur executive also told me that s offer is ok, but still offer not received so what should we do for taking offer?
