[Resolved] Vodafone India — mobile number portability | |||
It is utter shame and disappointment that a new customer have to suffer like this. MNP done more than 2 weeks and my existing BSNL connection got disconnected 3 days before. Still now from my dear vodafone no service. How can a person who is a public servant can serve society without mobile connection this much time. My dear Vodafone we trust you so we came. But don’t disappoint us. Customer care service is utter failure and non productive. We request your good office kindly train your team how to solve the issues. They are much more concerned in disconnecting the phone within time limit. Simply saying some thing for the time being which neither useful for customer nor for the company. Also I request your good office kindly try to lodge a complaint through Vodafone grievances centre in the site which is not at all accepting complaints. This is highly intolerable because it is violation of fundamental right of a citizen to raise a complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
