I am senior citizen . I was having Basic plan of Vodafone since December 2013.I had been to Vodafone Store at Aundh Road, Khadki, Pune 411020 on 6th March 2018 . I cleared the outstanding bill of Rs 660/- up to 6th March 2018 . I received Post Paid SIM 4G Red Basic. It was informed, it will be activated within 24 hours.With regret I like to inform you nothing has happened till now.I have called up the customer care [protected] but I did not get any positive reply. I do not have any connectivity at present.As aggrieved customer I am deeply pained by indifference shown by Vodafone India, subsidiary o[censored]K-based Vodafone Group plc, the world's second-largest mobile phone company You are requested to take immediate action without further delay otherwise I would not have other option to switch to other operator.
