Vodafone India — money debited from bank for unsuccessful recharge | |||
Hi team, I have done two recharges on 6/06/2019 because the 1st recharge that I have done through Vodafone app was not successful . So I have done a 2nd recharge through Amazon app and it was successful. Please find the attached bank statement to check the bill payment of 399 in Vodafone bill desk on 6/6/2019. please let me when I will receive my money back to my account. if I am contacting your customer care they said that we made one recharge on 6/62019/but we have done two recharge .please refer the image for the same. reach me through [protected] Thanks, Kavin Was this information helpful? | |||
