Vodafone India — monthly plan and doesn't make outgoing calls | |||
Hello, I am unable to make call after physical verification and I am new customer in Vodafone. my number started on 5 days ago but I am facing many problem like monthly plan ( Vodafone mediator called me and said : you got an offer all calls Outgoing in roaming and STD call all are free and 100 SMS + 1 year subscription of Vodafone play in Rs: 249/- Mediator name : NEHA and mobile No: [protected], [protected]) then I am agree to MNP But after MNP Vodafone activated monthly plans 399/- after that No-one call me for physical Verification some days later someone call me from Vodafone your calls are bared because of physical verification was not successful. Then I was go to the Vodafone store for complaints of Vodafone mediator for gave me wrong information and physical verification. But Next Day for complaints Executive called me for Verification and now verification successful but after 24 hours of Verification i am unable to make calls and messages. One thing in my mind is it Vodafone company is fraud or Not ? Now I want Vodafone make immediate action on mediator and give me report and activate outgoing calls. If Vodafone does not take any action on my complaints then I got a answer of above question. Was this information helpful? | |||
