Vodafone India — my vodafone postpaid connection [protected] | |||
Hi, Subsequent to several discussions with your competent authorities (Mr anirban dasgupta, [protected], mr sourav, [protected], mr s roy chowdhury, sambit. [protected]@vodafone.com) to settle my billing issue, they have not acted enough to resolve the impasse, while they kept me assured that the matter has been taken up at the highest level for resolution. This has been going on for about 2 years now. On the other side, they have kept incoming and outgoing facilities on the number open and uninterrupted for couple of months now so that i don't make a noise. Such an attitude on your part is escalating my exposure/ risk in further usage, leading to an inflated and irrational bill that i am unlikely to pay and so i propose to terminate the service permanently. Please note that mr sourav came forward in april'17 to finalize the pending payment but discontinued his efforts soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
