Vodafone India — need a refund - failed online payment

I used my vodafone mobile app to recharge my prepaid number - [protected], on 8th march 2018 at 3:49 p. M.

The transaction failed, but my money was deducted.

Transaction number: onr[protected]

I need my money back asap, or recharge my number - bonus card - 509 - unlimited calling+ roaming+ 1.4gb/day 4g for 90 days.

Thanks in advance.

P. S.
I am a common man, living hand to mouth everyday. Please don't make me run around for something which is not even my fault. Please take swift action before i switch to airtel.
