[Resolved]  Vodafone India — negative balance in prepaid

Hi,
I am a prepaid user of vodafone and my current balance is -130. How is this possible that in prepaid my balance is going in negative. Even if it is how do we correct it. There is no online process on the site as well as on the app. If there is please do make me aware about it.

Please reply as soon as possible otherwise i will have to go to the vodafone service shop to complain.
