श्रीमान,
मे Sumen Mondal ओर मेरा मोबाईल नंबर [protected] मे वोडाफोन का रेगुलर ग्राहक ओर मे जुलाई से वोडाफोन कस्टमर केअर कॉल कर के शिकायत किया, मेरा एक लोकेशन मे नेट नही चल रहै, वोडाफोन कस्टमर केअर से शिकायत दर्ज किया, 2 दिन के बाद मे वोडाफोन नेटवर्क टीम से कॉल आया और बताया 31.08.2019 को आपका नेटवर्क के प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो जाए । फिर भी नही सॉल्व हुआ फिर कस्टमर केअर को कॉल किया 09.09.2019 को । कस्टमर केअर से बताया कि 08 से 10 दिन के अंदर आपका प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो जाए गा फिर भी नही हुआ है

Updated by sumen सर 21.09.2019 को 14:07 बजे वोडाफोन कस्टमर केअर से[protected] इस नंबर से कॉल आया और बताया है, जो आपका नेट वर्क का प्रॉब्लम चल रहा था सॉल्व होगया है । फिर भी मेरा शाहबाज़, कमल पड़ा, अलीबाग, रायगड़, महाराष्ट्र, 402108 इस लोकेशन मे नेट नही चल रा है । ओर कोभी कोभी 5 मिनिट नेट चलता है फिर बंद होजाता है, सर हमारा प्रॉब्लम को सॉल्व कीजिये ।
