Vodafone India — Network issue | |||
I am not getting 3G/4G network for last 8-10 days. So I am not able to use internet. when I called customer care they said there is an issue in your area and issue will be resolved till 20 March. Its 6 Feb today so they need 1.5 months to resolve the issue. I want to know if vodafone can not provide better services to users then how can they charge for the services they are not providing.
