[Resolved] Vodafone India — network issue | |||
Hi team, had raised a complaint on 30th nov 2018 that i am having network issue at my new location. they told it will get resolved soon. Had clearly told would not pay the bill until issue is resolved. Got a call in 1st dec that some one will visit my location and resolve the issue. Which did not happened till 31st dec, post lot of calls and follow-up. They kept on barring the call despite of giving details. Now when asking to wave-off the bill because of network issue, they tell (Mohit from co-operate team, that it is rental and can not be waived off.
